Roast Garlic Recipe

This is an awesome appitizer, i have the recipe for you Smile

Preheat oven to 350

Line a glass roasting pan with aluminum foil, with enough extra at each end to make a tent over the garlic heads

cut the tops off several heads of garlic and place in the roasting pan cut side up

pour in enough water to keep the garlic from drying out, but not so much that they float in the pan

cover with the ends of the foil in a tent shape and bake for ca. 30min, until the garlic is very soft

let cool for a few moments, then squeeze cloves into a bowl and mash til smooth

store in the fridge and add (to taste) to anything you fancy
