Healthy people make a healthy nation. Can we expect a health

"Kids feeding is becoming a major strenuous event in any house.

The grown up children invariably eat junk food outside or bring it home too to eat. Living on food minus vegetables, fruits, and roughage.

Added to this other habits like smoking and alcohol makes their body wek, fragile prone to many health problems.

It takes away the working and productive capacity both ohysically and mentally.

I have an apprehension that the future is in danger as the nation may get filled with more and more of weak and not so healthy people."

the lifestyle of the child will usually mimic that of the parent. until "parents" start taking more responsibility for raising their children properly the health status of our country will not change.

I agree. Good habits have to be learned from a very early age and even that's no guarantee that a child will grow up eating a healthy balanced diet. The best we can do is lead by example, eat locally produced food and cook from ingredients again. That's what we try to do. We don't disallow our children junk food but for every bag of chips we make sure to buy twice as many apples. Usually they share the junk with their friends and are left with the good stuff the rest of the week.
